1. Program name and description

Program name: Child Care Investments Text Alerts. Child Care Investments LLC (“we,” “us”) operates Handprints Child Care centers and sends the following text messages only to people who opt in:

• Tour scheduling and reminders (parents and guardians): tour booking confirmations, a reminder before the tour, and notices if a tour changes.
• Customer care (enrolled families and inquiring parents): replies to questions you send us, account and billing notices, and center updates you request.
• Staff shift alerts (Handprints center employees): shift schedules, shift changes, call-out and coverage requests, and open-shift offers.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program.

2. How you opt in (consent)

• Parents and guardians: by checking the unchecked text-message box on our tour booking or contact form, which reads: “By checking this box, I agree to receive text messages from Child Care Investments LLC about my Handprints tour and customer care. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.” The box is never pre-checked.
• Staff: by checking the unchecked shift-alert box in the staff scheduling app or on the staff onboarding form, with the same disclosures.

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Child Care Investments LLC at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase, enrollment, booking a tour, or employment.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Tour messages are usually up to 4 per booking; customer care and staff shift alert volume depends on your activity and schedule.

4. Cost

Msg & data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

5. Opt out (STOP)

Text STOP to any message at any time to opt out. You will receive one final message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. Text START to resubscribe.

6. Help (HELP)

7. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy
