Information we collect

• Contact information: name, email address, and mobile phone number you give us on tour, contact, or staff forms.
• Tour and enrollment details: your child’s age, desired start date, preferred center, and tour time.
• SMS opt-in data: the fact that you consented to text messages, the date, time, and method of consent, and your opt-out (STOP) and HELP requests.
• Staff information: for employees who opt in to shift alerts, name, mobile number, center, and shift schedule.
• Website usage data: IP address, browser and device type, and pages viewed.

How we use information

• To schedule tours and send tour confirmations and reminders.
• To respond to customer care requests.
• To send staff shift alerts to employees who opted in.
• To operate, secure, and improve our website and services, and to comply with law.

SMS / mobile information

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data/consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell personal information. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all sharing categories in this policy. We share mobile numbers only with service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf (such as our SMS platform provider, Twilio), who may use them only to provide that service, or when required by law.

Our services are intended for parents, guardians, and staff. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13; information about a child is provided by a parent or guardian.
